WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for US$20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Mandarina Colombo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Please note:

• Please note that smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
• Please note that alcohol and or pork based products are not served at the hotel.
• Please note that alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in the public areas.
• Please note that the hotel does not provide a separate accommodation for drivers.
• Check-In before 6:00 AM will incur a full room charge
• Check-In between 6:00 AM -8:00 AM will incur a charge of USD $40 nett per room
• Check-In between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM will be free of charge upon availability
• Late Check-out will incur additional charges and will be subject to availability
• Please note that the property requires 50% of the booking amount if the same reservation ID is used for 6 or more rooms.

Please note that the room will be available for check-in at 2:00 pm, but should the guest require an early check-in or late check-out, please kindly check with the reception as this is subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

If guests are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival:

• Authorization letter with card holder's signature
• Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature)
• Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license
