  : The place was very clean and spacious. Mr. Amith - the caretaker was a really nice gentleman. Unfortunately the trip had to be cut short for me but I would surely visit the place again.

  : 1. Convenient location. 2. Very clean and tidy.3. Mr Amit, the boys and the security guards who are looking after the property were very polite and courteous.
  : 1. The WiFi was so horrible it was so slow and disconnecting all the time. Was not good enough to log into work.2. The shower was so small.3. No iron in the room although one was provided when asked.4. Google could not locate the property.5. The person who collects money was so untrusting and treated as cheats. We had to extended our stay by five days and the day we extended was a Poya day when all banks in the country were closed and we could not withdraw cash due to limitations of withdrawals through ATM. The guy did not trust us to pay on the following day. The next day when we were leaving to go to the bank he came running behind us to ask for money. It was so disgusting and embarrassing. They should have facility to pay by credit card (although I acknowledge this was pre advised).6. Would not recommend the place to anyone.

  : I like the manager Mr Amith i think, he's very helpful and nice gentlemen.Location is great, easy access to Colombo city limits.Apartment clean and nice.
  : gate to be open all the time and close, security is there for that, but bit inconvenient.
