  : I must commend the hotel for its exceptional lobby and commendable customer service provided by every staff member, were friendly and helpful.
  : There were certain aspects of my stay that left me somewhat disappointed. Despite the hotel's cleanliness, the outdated furniture and fixtures in the room were a letdown, indicating a need for renovations. I found it necessary to request a bathmat, hand towel, and an iron, and though the housekeeping promptly fulfilled my requests, the ironing board they provided had a torn cover, which didn't live up to my expectations. Furthermore, I noticed that the curtains appeared unwashed and the carpets lacked freshness, suggesting that they were due for a thorough cleaning. It is my sincere belief that the hotel should prioritize updating and revitalizing its rooms to meet the standards of a five-star establishment. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to those seeking a true five-star hotel experience.

  : Incompetent staff, dreadful customer service. Avoid staying here. It took 60mins to check-in, despite no other guests trying to check-in at the same time. The hotel lingers of an odour. And it's clear that the hotel is living on it's legacy perhaps from the 90s. Furniture and interior design is unbelievably outdated. This hotel may once have been 5* but today is 2* at best. We've stayed in guesthouses much better than this. Overall, very disappointing experience without the any charm of the friendly Sri Lankan hospitality we've experienced elsewhere.
