  : The apartment was located in a good area that was easy for us to access. We found the living space to be quite spacious and open. The pool area was a highlight, as it was clean and never crowded when we used it. The kitchen was self-cleaning kitchen (You have to clean before checkout or there will be a fine). There was a washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle and one hair dryer provided. All the rooms had air conditioning units and majority of them functioned well during our stay.
  : One of the balcony doors had a broken lock and could not be secured. Despite calling multiple times, we never received a response from staff about providing additional drinking glasses (Room had only 5 glasses for 6 people), We had to go and pick some from their restaurant. The kitchen did not contain basic cleaning supplies or towels, even though it claimed to be self-cleaning. For a group of 6, there was not adequate tea, coffee, milk or sugar stocked. The filtered water was only 1/3 filled and ran out around the time we checked out. In one room, the air conditioner did not work properly.
